Yes. Submitting online doesn't mean talking to a machine. Call (828) 380-7650 any time and the on-duty Process Master picks up, the same person confirming your tier and following the case, not a call center.
A sheriff's office serves papers alongside everything else it does. A private process server works your serve on the tier you choose, makes repeat attempts at different times of day, and reports each attempt to you. Several of our clients came to us after sheriff attempts and certified mail had already failed.
Yes. SwiftWings runs a trainee program under Ramon, bringing new process servers up to speed on the job itself rather than handing them a case list on day one.
Speed and proof
It depends on the tier. Same-Day makes the first attempt the day you submit. 2-Day Rush makes it by the 2nd business day. Emergency runs up to 7 attempts within 72 hours for evasive subjects. Standard Statewide makes the first attempt within 7 days and usually completes in under 15 business days.
A notarized affidavit of service comes free with every serve, along with real-time tracking of each attempt. Across 10,000 documents served, none of Ramon's affidavits of service has ever been non-accepted by the courts.
